Shipping & Delivery

We get your order delivered to the place of your choice.We ensure that your order is delivered within 2-3 working days. But, in case the delivery is to a different city ( other than Bengaluru), we take around 7-10 working days to deliver the order, with an additional shipping cost. PS: Shipping is free for orders above INR 2999/- :)

Tracking your Order

Once the order is placed, we will mail you a tracking number. You will be able to track your order from the same. In case there is a delay in delivering, you can always reach out to us.

Return Policy

Once bought, the products will not be returned. Products can be exchanged only in case of 1. Missing accessories. 2. Defective products, once we verify the defect you will be eligible for an exchange. 3. Different model of what model you have ordered. (Does not include different colour.) All items that can be exchanged should be in their original condition with price tah intact, original accessories, warranty card, user manual and in the packaging that is delivered to you. We may not accept exchange if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned above.
